We provide junk removal and hauling services in the northwest North Carolina area, including but not limited to Mount Airy, Elkin, Wilkesboro, North Wilkesboro, Pilot Mountain, and Sparta.

We provide junk removal and hauling services at our sole discretion. The specific scope, pricing, scheduling, and conditions of any service will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome, timeline, or results of any service provided.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for services is determined individually and may vary based on the nature, volume, and complexity of each job. We accept the following forms of payment:

Online payment

Payment terms, including timing (upfront, upon completion, or deposit-based), are determined on a per-job basis and will be communicated at the time of service agreement. We reserve the right to require payment in any form or at any time at our discretion.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Service appointments are scheduled at our mutual convenience. Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the circumstances of each job and will be communicated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment at any time.

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Job status updates

7. Limitation of Liability

Medleys Junk Removal & Hauling LLC shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage to property, structures, driveways, lawns, or any other surfaces or items at or near the service location prior to our arrival.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, regardless of the cause or theory of liability.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding our services, and all services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Medleys Junk Removal & Hauling LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wilkes County or Surry County, North Carolina.
