What we tear down
- Outdoor structures. Sheds, detached garages, carports, decks, fences, pergolas, gazebos and small outbuildings.
- Interior demolition. Non-load-bearing walls, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tile, drywall, cabinets, countertops and built-ins.
What we don’t take on: large commercial demolition, structural work on occupied buildings, and anything with hazardous materials such as asbestos or lead paint. Those need specialist or licensed crews, and we’ll tell you so up front.

Have the utility disconnect power, gas and water. We’ll look at the job and give you a free quote. Then we take it down, load it out and leave the ground clear.

How much does demolition cost?
Every job is quoted on its own. We need to see what you have before we can give you a real number. A garden shed and a detached garage are priced very differently. The estimate is free.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the property and what's coming down. Approvals may be required, so check with your town or county office before you schedule.
What about asbestos or lead paint?
Buildings from before the late 1970s should be checked first. Removing asbestos or lead paint is licensed work that has to happen before demolition. It's not something we do.
